Group to lose 'those last 10lbs' for summer!

Hey :) I recently hit my halfway mark - finally! I took a week off to celebrate, but now I'm ready to hit the gym hard and see how fast I can get to my goal weight/measurements. Is anyone else within 5-15lbs of their goal weight and wants to see how much they can lose by the summer? Since you lose less weight the closer you get to your goal, I think weekly weigh ins can be discouraging. Instead, I'm thinking that we can give our weekly food, exercise, and whatever other goals on Monday and check that we completed them for the week.

Anyone in????

    I'm in... I have exactly 10lbs left as of Friday :) Hoping to reach that goal by June 11 (wedding day) but if not, as long as I get there eventually :):):)

    Happy Monday :grumble: lol..

    Goals for the week - eat between 1200-1400 calories per day; 30 minutes of a Jillian Michaels vid and 30 minutes of HIIT running; drink 2 liters of water daily.


    Speaking of Jillian, does anyone recommend the 6 week 6 pack? I'm gonna pick it up tonight and I'm wondering how it compares to the 30 day shred.

    Week 1,
    My aim is to not snack on anything other than fruit, (very difficult when i'm working as i work in a bakery!)
    do 30 minutes at least worth of exercise every day.
    Try and tone my arms up by doing bicep curls, tricep dips etc!
