Well guys what a start to my journey !
It started way back in January 4th 2011 no real intentions of using Myfitnesspal and thinking il give it a week!
Wow how things have changed 20lb down and i doubt il ever stop using mfp - I have had huge failures and great success!
Failures (that I have overcome) :
PLATEAU - what a pain in the *kitten* that is, you eat right all week and exercise loads and your still the same weight.
THE SCALES - these are my enemy and best friend too - I still get on daily but only record it weekly
People telling me I Cant - WELL I CAN - and im proving it
Trying on a pair of jeans thinking they would fit - they did one month later and were a little loose
People on MFP being *****y - ah well WHATEVER il do this my way not yours !
Putting on 2lb one week ( that was depressing)
Successes : ( please excuse me but there are loads)
Meeting 20lb loss
Meeting friends at exercise classes
Drinking loads of water - i love it now
Not being obese anymore
Being in ONEderland
Fitting into said jeans
People at work saying 'have you lost weight'
Guys hitting on me at bars etc
looking at myself in the mirror and thinking ooooo thats changed
Meeting all my friends on mfp i love each and every one of you - without you i could not do this! and i hope to get loads more!
If anyone ever thinks they cannot do this - believe me its just a state of mine
Follow the plan, try your best and slowly but surely it will come off remember losing weight is like unravelling an onion - you take off the first few layers and you notice no difference but keep going and soon everything changes. If you got this far thanks for listening x
