    I'm out too darn it! I was over my calories by 150 and I fell asleep on the couch last night instead of going to the gym.

    Well bummer, I'm out. I caved and had McDonalds for lunch.

    Goal 1 - Log all food-done
    Goal 2 - drink at least 8 cups of water-done 21
    Goal 3 - work out for 30 minutes per day- done 45 min
    Goal 4 - stay under your calories-done
    Goal 5 - do something for yourself-watched Idol

    my weaknesses are dark chocolate, coffee crunchy chips. I eat them all in moderation and serving control. I love POPs chips have you guys tried them. Per bag there's 3 servings and each serving of 23 chips is 120cals. I use to love diet coke, but I pretty much gave it up.
