I am watching my carb intake and was wondering how do you figure net carb in a product? Thanks for the info.

subtract the amount of dietary fiber from the total carb = net carbs. If the product contains sugar alcohols, deducted that amount also as it does not affect the blood sugar level.

So, if I understand this right, if I'm tracking carbs and it's says I ate 119 carbs and 20 of those are fiber then only 99 carbs count?

Yes. Be sure to double check the nutritional info on foods in the database. On occasion I have discovered that some of the info is incorrect.
