How often do you weigh yourself?

Hi there... I am new here and am curious to see how often everyone weighs in? I was thinking of doing it weekly, but I wonder what is working for others....

HI . I think weighing in 1x a week at the same time every week will be the most accurate .

Yep, I agree - weekly, same day, same time, preferably in the morning before you eat/do anything so that you know that no other factors are influencing what the scale says.0

I weigh twice per week. Monday and Thursday.

My gym has a scale in the locker room right by the shower entrance. Therefore, it is hard not to step on it everytime I walk past it. However, I only record my weight once a week, usually Fridays.0

I weight myself every Monday and log that into MFP but I also weight myself every Thursday so it can give you that all needed push to keep going even if its only 200g0

Yea I weigh myself every 2 days, but record my weight every 5-7 days in the morning0
