i just started back to work. i work for the power company here doing tree work. i have done this for years but been unemployed. but my job u do alot of moving, walking , climbing in and out of truck, running chain saw , climbing leader up on truck to get in bucket, holding / swinging pole saw 15lbs and .etc. for 10 hour days. my mfp is giving me 600 more calories a day! does that really sound like enough?

    I would say that if you do it for a couple days and it doesn't feel like enough, to change it to your own goal.

    i feeled like i needed alot more to eat after todays. that why im asking the question. also i add back on 500 calories a day before i start. so i was eating 900 more than normal.
