How do you track your exercises. Thinking of creating a spreadsheet to take to the gym with me. so that way i can keep track of my reps sets and weight of each one.

Some gyms have pre-printed spreadsheets that you can use. Otherwise, doing your own sounds like a great way to track things.0

You could do that if you wanted. I just bring a smaller sized notebook with me. I plan my workout beforehand.. it helps having my previous workout right there to look at my notes for when I am planning the next session.
There are also journals you can buy online and at most department stores.. I like just keeping a notebook personally.
I hope this helps.0 -
I made an excel sheet when I was going to the gym - it made it so easy to track progress and to keep track of what I had done or not done. (Did a similar thing on little notebooks when I was printer-less, but keeping a log on the computer is nice for tracking!) ...and then when your notebook disappears, is eaten by dogs or washed with your gym bag, you still have the data!
I just set it up with the name of the exercise then sets, reps, and weight - make one for each time, or I built one with multiple entries so I could track my progress over time.0
