Ok, I'm not sure how healthy this is (sodium and sugar wise) but it is VERY good. I guess it depends on how much marinade soaks up into the fish. But it's super easy and delicious!

You will need:
Fresh Salmon Filets
Moore's Marinade (Teriyaki Flavor)
Brown Sugar

Mix 2 TB (or more or less depending on your preference) of brown sugar into 1 cup of the marinade. Pour over fish and marinate for at least 1.5 hours. Discard excess marinade.

Wrap fish in foil and bake at 350 F. Allow 5-10 min for foil to get to temp and cook an additional 5 min per 0.5" thickness of filets. For example I had 1.5" thick filets and I baked them for 25 minutes. Perfect! So yummy!

    This recipe sounds delish!

We like to marinade ours overnight in 1 part soy sauce, 1 part maple syrup. Then grill it. Super good.

I love teriyaki salmon as well. Soy Vey marinade is also delicious, and Trader Joe's makes a version of it that's pretty close.
