Not to sure if i am at the right calorie intake i think i am maybe eating to much but not to sure i am 5'6" and 245 my calorie intake is about 1800 i dont even eat that much maybe about 1400 but i just wanna make sure i am challenging myself

You should lose at 1400, probably even 1800. Make sure you are eating "healthy" calories and not junk food ones. It DOES make a difference, contrary to those who claim calories in and calories out is all that matters.
I am losing at 1400, my current weight is 137 lbs.0 -
I started out at 220 lbs at 5'5, and I eat about 1400 a day. I lose pretty well that way. It's a nice amount of calories because it isn't too much, but you can get a lot of food in with 1400 cals a day. 1800 will still let you lose, but it will be slower.0
