Sleep....?

Hey guys, just looking for some words of advice..... Lately I've been working alot, but I've also been trying to get 8-9 hour nights so i'm rested in the morning, However, when I get up I seem to be more tired than the night before:yawn: :sad: ... My diet is relatively good, besides a few slip ups of a chocolate bar or something to give me a quick burst of energy. I've been going through this for 2-3 weeks and now I'm just getting to the point where I feel too tired to do anything, yet theres so much to be done:noway: . If I'm getting adequate hours of sleep, why am I so tired?? Thanks in advance for your help!!!

    Have you recently had a cold or been sick or recovering from an injury? The body needs rest to heal. Could be a low lying virus floating around making you tired...ummm...vitamins--are you getting your daily needs? Pregnancy always made me very extremely tired--probably not your cause...ummm...is your work really physical? Just some things to think about---could maybe also be a thyroid problem?? I'm just throwing out ideas--by no means am I a doc:laugh:
