Hcg protien shakes

Hello all,

I'm on day 9 of the hcg drops. And have not lost anything in 3 days and feeling kinda depressed. has anyone come across this? I read on a website to drink more so up'd my water intake. ALso said not to eat anything till lunch, and no melba toast. so i ate lunch no melba toast.. Tonight going to have tomatoes and chicken, no melba toast/bread stick.

Any suggestions?

Also i don't eat anything else for protien that is suggested but chicken, getting tired of chicken..actaully growing wings: lol

I had asked HCG customer service and they suggested to have whey protien shakes. but living in Canada it takes about 2 weeks before i get theirs. so i went and bought 100% natural source whey protien isolate, unflavored.

Ingrediants: whey protien isolate, bromelain. calories 110, fat 0.3g, carb 0%, sugars 0%, protien 27g. would this be oky to take onve in a awhile as a switch up from chicken??

    what about fish... you can have any white fish (cod, talapia) on the HcG diet. As for not loosing... don't know what to tell ya!
  • I am allergic to fish so I cant have any type of fish.. But thanks for your help..

    Heres hoping tomorrow is a better weight lost
