Hey ya'all! New here....trying to get in better shape & lose a little weight....struggling with the exercising! I am a full time student, wife & mother of 2 young children....seems hard to find the time to exercise....I need to get in gear!!!!

    You should try the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. It's a great 20 minute work-out. I am only on day 13 and I can already tell a difference in my waistline.
