Hey i just started on here a few days ago and i love it! I went from going way over in my Calories to being under due to me working out during the day! I hope this will keep me on track with loosing the weight i have a long way to go to be in a "safe" spot. Roughly 150 lbs to loose. So i am glad to be here and happy loosing to everyone!
