We are up to twelve. It starts tomorrow (Monday) so this is sort
of a last chance to get on board. If you are about 20 to 25 pounds to your
goals weight please join, this group is making a big last push to get there.
The time in NOW to reach goal weight. They say the last ten are the hardest.
We're all going to bust through them together.

I am declaring independence from my weight losing phase this July 4th, 2011!

I started my journey last July 4th 2010. Now I'm 24 lbs from my goal weight and
there are twelve weeks until my July 4th one year anniversary. So, 2 lbs a week
for twelve weeks...goal weight!

This might be fun, it might be motivating, most importantly if this is right on track exactly
for the progress and time frame you have, join in and together our peer support will get
us all there. To a *very* Happy Fourth of July!

Here are the Monday Weigh-ins. Our starting weigh-in is this Monday, and final
weigh-in is Monday July 4, 2011.

I am not kidding myself, this is a very challenging challenge. For some reason I've
just become totally committed to this, and can really see it. It is going to be a good
thing to complete this challenging goal.

Do what you can to be both accurate with the weight number, and consistent with the
Monday weigh-in time.

If this is exactly the challenge for you. send an "I'm in" and we'll all meet again on Monday
with our starting weigh-in

To not exclude folks, you don't drop out if you don't make a weekly two lbs. Every Monday is
another weigh in and a two pound goal. No making up or catching up. Just hit two lbs every
week. No past misses and no distant future, just right now, this week, two pounds all together
in this group.
