What exercise does a workout DVD come under in MFP?

Hey everyone, (I posted this on the general diet & weight loss forum but had no answer)
Just a quick question...

I've been going the 'Jordan Workout' DVD and it's splitt into parts. I normally do a 10 minute warm up and then a 15 minute cardio pulsator which is meant to be quite intense.

What I want to know is what catagory of exercise does this come under on MFP? I usually put the 10 minute warm up under 'low impact aerobics' and the 15 minute cardio pulsator under 'general aerobics'. Is this the right category to put it under?
