I have it. It's broken into sections, warm up, buff cardio, buff boxing, buff arms, buff legs and core, buff abs, and cool down. The menu is nice as you can just choose which you want to do. I prefer the boxing. The cardio is hard on my knee. Lots of jumping. Both cardio sections are 30 mins and arms, legs, and abs are around 10-15 each. There is also a nutrition extra but I didn't think it was that informational.
Overall I like the dvd, I use it about 2-3 times a week alternated with other things.0
