alright, I have a water softener,,,,,,,and I am wondering if the salt I have to add is affecting me? I drink water all the time at home............does anyone know???

i have been wandering the same thing. from what i have read, softners put a minimal amt. of salt into our water. thats my two cents i hope someone has a knows the answer. lol.
