What does entering this info do? I see at 6 days a week and 60 mins a day: 3000 calories a week.
But how does it figure into my diet plan? Because if i enter in amounts or not, it still says 1590 calories a day and 10lbs lost by May 16th.

It is just a motivator. If you committ to working out 6days a week, you can see how close you come to your goal.0

Yeah I just read it. The search button was being goofy.

that's just to get you to commit to some number. Plus, when you enter your exercise, it keeps up with how many minutes you've done and how many are in your goal.
But the cool part about the exercise though, is that you 'earn' more calories that you can eat. For example, if you burn 300 calories by exercising, your total calories to eat budget goes up by 300 to 1890. That way, if you are still hungry, you can always get more calories to eat by exercising....0
