Hi, my name is Irene and I am looking to start a group for people in Long Island/Queens. I have about 65 pounds to lose total. I am a new runner and triathlete who is planning on completing a 12 marathon this year.

    Love to walk or rollerskate in Valley stream hendrickson park. Or swim in the pool in summer.

    my friend in VS just ran NYC Marathon. Trains in VS.

    Thinking of joining toh echo park pool.

    always interested in walking buddies & online support.

    ALSO--I am disciplined about YOUTUBE, NO EQUIPMENT WORKOUTS--don't need a gym or time to work out --- No more excuses. 15 minutes all it takes
