I have been eyeing up purchasing Kettlebell Bombshell

I think this would help me out. I am doing 30DS 3-4 days a week, and on the weekend I walk one day about 20 mins. and sometimes use my stair-stepper thing at night at home too. Since I am so new, only 3 weeks in, should I change up my routine and see if I get better results? I have lost 2 lbs. so far and feel stronger since starting the 30DS, but I am craving more strength training. You know, for when the zombies come. But I need cardio for that too. :bigsmile:

    If you like the 30 day shred try adding in shred it with weights, it's Jillians kettle bell work out.

    Hi!
    I have been doing the Shred off & on too
    days that I don't do the Shred I've been doing Zumba ;)
    or I do walking dvd's or run

    Over the wkend I was at Walmart looking at the kettleballs
    I am going to go get one to try to work into my workouts.

    Thanks! I think I am drawn to the Kettlebell Bombshell becuase I would love to be a pinup girl!!!!!!
