Anyone know anything about this?? I'm considering getting the book. I took the quiz online & it told me I was a fast oxidizer. I looked up online what a fast oxidizer should eat & it said absolutely no fruit!!!! Uhhhh I love fruit! And that can't be healthy right?! Anyone know more about it?

I'd say keep doing whatever it is that you've been doing. It's working!

That being said, I don't know much about this one. Time for a little research.

I've read a little bit about it and a lot of it makes sense to me and really accurately reflects how I feel when I eat certain things. I am considered a fast oxidizer too. I'm in agreement with you that giving up all fruit would be very hard to do though! I live for green smoothies and a big part of those is fruit. I initially began eating along the lines that the book said (got if from the library) but I really just didn't like how I was feeling. So I decided to go back to what had been working for me and made me feel good; whole foods, lowered carbs (like around 100-150 grams a day) no white flour or sugar and try to avoid all processed foods and of course my one green smoothie a day. I eat fruit every day in the smoothies but they are a part of my overall plan and work for me. I also make sure I have protein at every meal and my smoothies are a post workout food so I'm not relying on them to fuel me for several hours. If I have one for breakfast I also have some kind of meat with it (sausage, ham, bacon, something!) That combo keeps me going for hours!

I like fruit, it has good nutrition in it and I can fit it in without blowing my calories so I'm keeping it. :)
