WOW!! What an adventure, struggle & battle of wills!
That being said I have completed the Power 90 program with great success. Don't get me wrong I had my issues with Power 90 and the program in general. After Day 60 I struggled with doing Sweat 3/4. I lost a bit of interest and although I did the work out I didn't enjoy it. I found my body craved a better cardio burn.
I LOVE SCULPT!! I loved doing the 50+ squats, lunges and the strength training. I started with 2lbs weight and worked up to using 8lb weights (both arms above shoulder) and I excitedly await my purchase of 10lbs weights.
Eating - during the 90 days I realized that I am not the best eater. I can be picky and I love my carbs. I have been able to reduce my carb intake and I am more aware of what I do eat. I'm NOT perfect and I didn't eat PERFECTLY on a daily basis but I certainly tried.
This has been an amazing learning experience for me and I can honestly say that this is the first time in my life that I feel fulfilled and satisfied with my results. I have a long way to go still and I look forward to the journey.
A HUGE THANK YOU to all of my MFP Friends and Family - YES you are my family!! My CG, Mike, Lisa and many new friends and Team Bring It (Thanks chica xoxoxo). I have made some life long friends and I have found my long lost friend. Love you all!!
