I treid it on friday and I loved it! I was the youngest one there by about 40 years but it was such a great low impact work out and wow did I ever sleep great that night:happy:
I want to find a way to fit this into my work out schedule a couple times a week, anyone else out there do it or am I the only one under 80 that enjoys it?

I used to teach water aerobics. Depending on the instructor, the class can be a very low impact, high/cardio/strength workout. I taught at the local YMCA...0

I have done a couple of classes and found it really fun. (I've had a lot of back trouble and can't really run for a long time) Its a great way to work out whilst having fun too. Im 22 so I know how you feel about bringing the average age waayyy down! I've always wondered though what the difference between AquaFit and Aquacize, its always puzzled me!
