Exercise Templates

Anyone have an exercise template (built to track progress) in excel they can share with me? I been looking online for a good one but dont like what i found.
I'm trying to take the lazy way out before trying to create my own. :smokin:

    I personally use a program on my phone called cardio trainer. I like it.
