Approx. Calorie Burn: Jillians 30 Day shred

Hope this hasnt been asked already but...

Anybody know approximately how many calories you burn doing each level and all 3 levels of Jillian Micheal's 30 Day shred DVD?

    Most people (including myself) post it as circuit training, general

    I have only done Jillian's Level 1 of the 30 day Shred. (it's the only level available free on my On Demand...) but I enter/log the workout as "Circuit training" for 25 mins. Good Luck. Hope this helps.

    I'd like to know the answer to this as well. I've seen people saying calisthenics or circuit training.

    I've been putting it down as "Circuit Training, General" but I did finally get a HRM, and I burn about 40-50 more calories than the calculation for Circuit Training would indicate. I'm sure that can really vary by person.

    It really depends on your height,weight and how your body's metabolism works. For me, Level one for 25 min burns around 186 calories. But I am 5'1 119 lbs approx. I got my metabolism tested and it's low, but i wear a heart rate monitor now so that's where accuracy comes from

    I suggest buying a HRM it's really helped me!

    circuit training is the closest thing to it here.
    even though I change my calories burned to 200 (they say I burn more than that) but I know that personally I don't burn more than 200 cals on it. oh and I'm on level 1, I guess you burn more on the higher levels.

    I wear a heart monitor and when I first started I burned approx 225 calories on level 2....then it went down to approx 200 calories. I am on level 3 now and I am burning less approx 190 since it is harder for me and I am doing the easier version. I am 69, weigh 129 and I am 5'4". I would put down 200 calories for each level and if I am understanding you right you are doing all 3 levels the same day?

    Nope, not at all...Ive only gotten through level 1 lol...I was just wondering just incase i ever do all 3 levels...lol, your right though that would be tough!
