Hey there,
Insanity is awesome!! I had done two rounds. Yes, some of the moves are probably similar to your bootcamp class as Insanity is an Intense Bootcamp workout. You should do well with it! I look forward to hearing all about it! What are your goals with Insanity?0 -
Just finished P90X a few weeks ago and was planning on starting INSANITY. Also doing some martial arts (Aikido and Kyukushin) as cardio substitute days.
I'm sure I'll have a LOT to whine about once I get started with INSANITY though lol.0 -
We've got a good group going. We're all in various stages of it.

I'll tell you now, I plan on doing a P90X/Insanity hybrid once I'm done with this session of Insanity... I got 3.5 weeks left. My glutes are nice and firm, arms and legs are getting defined, and abs are coming out.0

After some great info I got from a friend, I'll be starting Insanity... most likely today-ish...0

I have to add this because it's probably the most important thing when doing Insanity [or any activity for that matter], is absolute proper form. I do it alongside my brother and his form is crap. We got through the 1st month without me noticing his form, and now that we're doing the 2nd month, now he's regretting the fact that he wasn't holding plank correctly, getting low enough in the squats while keeping his *kitten* out, or keeping his abs engaged the entire time. Shaun T. will constantly mention it, but he's not there with you to keep you in check. So, just be mindful of it.0

that's what i am worried about... my form is good since i do this stuff so many times a week with a professional at the gym, but my boyfriend... he cant do a sqaut for the life of him! i try showing him but he doesnt do it right, then he laughs it off and quits.. i guess he'll either have to do it right or just learn his lesson when we're done and he didnt get results. .0 -
I'm on day 3 now and can barely move. I also have lost 2lbs in 3 days.0

what's insanity? I keep hearing about it, but have no clue what it is. I do a bootcamp twice a week and was thinking of adding something extra to the mix so I don't plateau.0
