New here, hoping to stick with it this time!

Just wanted to introduce myself :) I'm a single mom of three little ones, with a few too many extra pounds, and too little time to exercise properly :( I realized that I need to start taking care of myself better, so I can take care of my kids better though, so here I am!

I started last week, and did pretty well, dropped about 4 lbs in a week (mostly water, I'm sure - I'm horrible at drinking enough water!) but we had a death in the family on Tues, and I fell off the wagon with all the funeral prep etc. But it's a new week, and I'm determined to make a fresh start.

My current exercise goals are to get out on my roadbike at least 2x per week, and to start the JM 30 Day Shred (I'm battling a cold right now, so I'm going to wait until I feel better to start, so I'm not setting myself up for failure though)

Any motivational tips etc are greatly welcomed!

    Hey there. Sorry to hear about the death and the cold. I'm new to this too and I'm looking for support and motivation in this as well. Good luck and let's do this!
