I started my gym membership at the end of August 2010 & working out (treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike) 3 - 4 days a week for 30 - 45 mins a day. I wasn't really seeing any results until I started using MyFitnessPal around Christmas; I also began using the gym's group classes (Spinning & Body Pump) and since, have lost 22 lbs and am 3 lbs from my goal weight!! I couldn't have done it without the use of MyFitnessPal; it has been a crucial part of my weight loss. I have had several people ask me what my secret is & I tell them to track their food they eat, and of course, recommend MyFitnessPal.

    congrats !!! i keep seeing posative things more and more and i LOVE this site !! i have faith that i will loss this extra weight , even though it may take a while i will be more aware of the things i eat... esp. going out to eat... sticker shock on calories wow.... :-)

    Me, too. My whole family is on it, my friends, and even some people from little league. I think they should give me some sort of commission.
