Hello everyone! My name is Danielle.

I work full time as a social worker in the field of mental health and part time as a holistic health coach / lifestyle motivator. During the course of my life thus far I went from being a junk food vegetarian to a healthy eating vegan to a raw foodist. During my raw journey I ran into difficulty particularly in the colder months in that i was always freezing. Due to this I decided to incorporate more cooked foods back into my diet but now with the spring upon us and summer around the corner I want to transition back to higher raw, which is what brings to me to this site as thus far it is not as easy as I anticipated.

I am an avid exerciser but tend to do more cardio than strength so in addition to tracking my food intake I will track my fitness routine so that I can create more balance overall.
