    Great work!! What kind of program are you doing?

    Nothing in particular to be honest. I switch it up daily. Yoga, strength training, circuit training, core workouts, tennis, basketball, treadmill. A little bit of everything but weight training in which I've been wanting to add. It seems to be working right along side a strict diet, so I'm going to bump it up a little in hopes to seeing a bigger loss in 3 months! :smile:
