why is it that I zumba for 60 minutes, but I have trouble taking laps on the track for 30? I have done 2 5k's and want to do another in June. I am looking for advise on increasing lung capacity. any suggestions?

I think its because Zumba has highs & lows and running is just steady pounding of the concrete/treadmill. I thought about this last week & thats the only thing I could come up with.0

I wonder the same thing. I never have a problem with zumba, but if I try to run I gasp for air!0
