I totally deleted a bunch of stuff in my food diary that I was planning on eating just so I could eat a nice bowl of spicy korean tofu soup with white rice :noway: ...thats what I get for dating a half korean boyfriend!! Haha I swear I crave korean food more than I do my own culture's (vietnamese).
I hope that this doesn't hurt me in anyway because I am still well within my calorie limits, but it just isn't the best choice of food healthwise.
But regardless.. I am looking forward to lunch today!!!!

How bad could the soup have been???? Or was it the rice that gotcha? My weakness is a big bowl of white rice seasoned w/ soy sauce and sesame oil and topped with a big mound of kimchi. My dad was stationed in Korea for a year when I was little and kimchi's always been a huge fav of mine. No place in this neck of the woods where you can get a good Korean meal. :( You're a lucky girl!
  • lol...anything with tofu is consider healthy for me.. Your soup sound delicious. if you'd like you can switch the white rice with some brown rice, they taste just as good ( even better in my opinion) and they are more nutrtious..
    enjoy your lunch :flowerforyou:
