Snacks at work?

What are some healthy, SIMPLE snacks you eat while at work? I have walnuts, mulberries... I need ideas that are simple, don't need to be refrigerated, quick, I can just pull out a jar/container and snack (no prep time). Walnuts are great (I don't like almonds or cashews) because there's nothing to them...just open the can and measure the amount.

Any suggestions?

I take almonds and grapes to work. Would a graham cracker and peanut butter work for you? You can get peanut butter in single-serve packets. Maybe adding some raisins too.

I bring cucumber slices and celery sticks along with a ultra light dressing to dip. That keeps me going!

pretzles or multi-grain snack sticks for more vitamins/minerals. sun chips are good. Nutless trailmix or make up your own with nuts you like, whole-grain cereal, and dried fruit, maybe a little chocolate chips. i keep individual applesauce cups in my desk, the flavored ones with no sugar added by Motts are great, they don't have any fake sugars either. Stretch island fruit co. fruit leather is amazing and is prepackaged.

You must bring your own snacks. Upstairs, in the pharmacy, there are these delicious chocolate chip cookies for only 50 Cents! That's just evil. I said no. But luckily today is not a hormonal day. Who can speak about next week?

Apples, Bananas, Baby Carrots, Cukes (english/hothouse cucumbers don't need to be peeled so they are quick to prep), Pears, Clementines.

Kashi granola or cereal bars, fruit leathers.

My hubs also sometimes snacks on pretzels, or Turkey jerkey.

At my other job I used an insulated lunch bag with a freezer pack to that I could bring refrigerated items like yogurt or cheese.

When I had a job, I'd bring a box of 100 calorie microwave popcorn. I also had a box of Fiber One Bars in my desk. I got value packs of both of these from Costco and it would last me for over 1 month!!!

    I also used to bring:

    bananas
    pretzels
freeze dried apples (they weren't that good though lol)
soup at hand (again, needed to use the microwave, but some had only 60-70 calories)
Kashi cereal bars, Kashi cereal in a little tupperware container that I measured out in the morning
    Baby Carrots w/ hummus

I used to keep "Sugar Free International coffee Vanilla bean latte" powder in my desk and I'd get a mug of boiling water and add the powder (30 calories).

Every day I pack greek yogurt and a fruit for an afternoon snack. I just keep the yogurt in my lunch bag and it's fine by afternoon.

Also keep a box of Special K Chocolatey Pretzel bars in my desk in case I need something sweet.

I usually have string cheese, almonds or some kind of nut/fruit/trail mix type stuff, sometimes some fruit (pre-peeled orange so I don't have to peel it at my desk, a banana, etc), Fiber One 90 calorie bars, or sometimes a cup of yogurt. I sit at the front desk and answer the phone and all that fun stuff so I try to bring simple things too :)
