But you know what it is not a diet i am starting to look at it as a new life. i had to quit my previous diet due to money issues, but this site is almost just like my old one. I have only been at it for 3 days but i can already fell differences. and everyone one this site is so helpful. i am looking forward to the road ahead bumps or not.
