Enjoying working out again thanks to MFP!!!

I am enjoying working out now that I have joined MFP. I was getting so frustrated that I would exercise and not see any results. I was eating "healthy" and not seeing any kind of weight loss. Turns out I was eating things that were "good for me" but I was still eating too much of them. So, with the help of the calorie counter and a little refinement in my meals I am seeing the weight drop off FAST and I am staying full by making sure I have enough protein and fiber. I have set a lofty goal of losing 10-15 lbs a month. I think I am on my way thanks to MFP letting me see what was holding me back.

  • Don't you just love this site? I lost 4 pounds the first week! I'm in week two right now. I'm actually looking forward to stepping on the scale later this week to see how much I've taken off (I only weigh once a week right now).

    I love this website too. There's just something inspiring about it. Joined two days ago and am already addicted. I wish wish wish i could lose four pounds in one week. i really wish

    Same here which is why I downloaded the app and so far according to it I lost 1.6lbs in 4 days (might have been water weight) I've been working out 4-6 times per week and yes I made some good muscle gain but my love handles and beer belly are still there. Let's see how it goes for the both us I can't wait till the end of this month.
