Hi everyone :-)
Just after some advice please - I know everyone here is usually so helpful...
I have around 7lbs to lose to get to my current goal of 140lbs, but may try to get a littler lower, nearer 133lbs.. I have just changed my goal to a 0.5lb per week loss (it was set 1lb previously).. Do you think this is a good move?
I am getting married in 6 weeks so for now don't want any drastic changed, though I will carry on using mfp after my wedding also - this is for the long term - my wedding was the initial motivation!
Thanks

With that little to lose, I think .5 or 1 are both decent. With your wedding coming up you're going to be stressed enough so I'd keep it at .5.0

I think .5 is perfect, and very VERY wise of you. The last thing you want is for your dress to not fit, that would be horrible. Even if it's too big, that's the one dress that should fit like a glove.
Congrats!!0 -
.5 is great and very healthy when you have so little to lose. Have fun at your wedding!!!0

Thanks for all your replies everyone :-)
I feel reassured now that it's a good move - I guess this is a long term thing so it doesn't matter if the loss takes a little longer..!
Thank you, I can't wait to be a married woman - this is the healthiest I've been in a long time, even as I am now without further loss, ftness and figure are better :-) hard work though isn't it!
Thanks :-)0
