Hopefully I will get this tonight so I can start using it. I was planning on doing it on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays since I have Zumba on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Anyone have any recommendations? Do you think I will be able to see results doing it three days a week? Since I don't have it yet I have no idea what the recommendations are for it.

    3 days a week is fine, as long as you are watching what you eat.
