Question about how much to consume.

Here is my question, if I eat 1500 calories for the day, but get 730 calories burnt from basketball practice from 8:30-10pm, should I eat a little more when I get home? Or just leave it as is?

    if you know you have practice, then eat more through out the day since you know you will be burning it off later

    Eat it. 1500 is below the baseline for men. If you eat 1500 and burn 730 that leaves you with a NET of only 770 and that is way too low and very unhealthy (you will lose muscle mass not fat if you do this for too long). If your Daily NET goal is 1500 then eat enough to bring you back to 1500. You actually shouldn't go below 1600.

    yes yes yes !!!!!!!! eat some at least or most of them ! if not your body will go into starvation mode which will slow down the weight loss process in the long run trust me!

    Try not to go below the 1500 for Men or you risk Starvation Mode.....
