Any suggestions to make my diet less carb centric?

I'm not looking to go on a low-low carb eating plan, but I've been realizing lately how many carbs I consume. I don't eat any white flour or anything of that nature. I eat whole wheat and such (whole wheat pasta, whole grains, bread, brown rice, etc). I think that my key to losing weight is to cut back on these types of things somewhat. I know how it works in theory...but I just have no real imagination for this haha. Being extremely busy and historically carb centric, I would love some suggestions! What do you do day to day to switch it up?

    I limit all grains (whole or otherwise) to 2-4 servings per day, depending on my activity level. I choose fruits instead.
