Plateau and feeling like the last 2kgs is never going to hap

Also, as I am close to my goal weight...I find that I am a bit more flippant about what I am eating I haven't shifted any weight in about 3/4 weeks and it is depressing! I am under 6 days out of 7 and exercise regularly, but I'm stuck!!! Arrrrggghhhhhhhh

You're gonna have to be extra strict on yourself to lose those final pounds.0

Try adding a couple hundred more calories so that your body doesn't feel like it has to hold onto fat. If you're under almost every day, your body might be telling you to put more food in so it has more to burn!0
