Anyone know what the Nutritional Facts of tomatoes are? ... There are several entries which are all over the board on MFP.. I"m looking for an accurate calculation for a 4.28oz Roma Tomato.

    check out www.nutritiondata.com when you see conflicting entries or can't find something. most accurate i've found and their database, though not all-extensive, is huge. i just had to get used to how they list items in order to find them. example: peppers, sweet, red, raw.
