Okay so I'm not really new, but I haven't introduced myself yet. My name is Kasi, I'm a mother of 4 and have an awesome husband of almost 2 years now (5 years together). I lost a bunch of weight for our wedding and not even two years later I've gained it all back. I have found if I want to loose weight it really helps me to be able to track my progress... this website is perfect!
