at all today. I just want to eat and eat some more. I am still under my calorie limit but have not have dinner yet and I only have 350 calories remaining.

  • Sometimes you need a dense snack. If your truly hungry then eat. But you may need to rework your meals. I was having a very similar problem and I wasn't getting enough protein. Try Wheat bread, boiled egg, yogurt with nuts and a fruit in the morning, followed by a 300-400 cal lunch. Also are you taking vitamins? That helps to insure your body is getting the vitamins it needs.

    If you totally screw up today, guess what! every meal is a brand new meal! :) hang tough!
  • I hear you i have those days more offten than i would like so i force myself to drink water through a straw (it goes down easier) or unsweetened tea works too....... and if i am still hungry after that water or tea then i am in trouble!! haha especially if i havent eaten dinner or lunch yet!
