I have noticed mine going away! I use the Ripped in 30 DVD from Jillian MIchales.0

there isnt too much you can do for spot reduction , as you lose weight it will go away. You can go on youtube, exercisetv.com or google and put in exercises for that area.0

A lot of arm, shoulder and back exercises. Also, as you burn more fat with cardio and stuff that will shrink and go away...0

This is something I have fought for years.....I have not found one exercise to work just that area.....I have found that it has gone away just by doing cardio.....burning fat.....you can always firm any muscle group but it won't matter if there is a layer of fat across your back....keep working, it will go like everything else...mine did!!!!! Good luck!0

I've been doing the rowing machine and find that it's helped in toning my underarm area. Instead of hooking my bra on the first set of hooks, I'm now hooking it on the last set!0

As you reduce the fat all over, you will find this area shrinking. If you are battling loose skin, then you need resistance. Planks, love ‘em or hate ‘em work wonders for tightening your back, shoulders, chest and core. Doing arm rows and chest flys with dumb bells will also work wonders. Just remember our bodies are interconnected pieces of machinery. If we want one place to lift, we need to get all the muscles around that area to lift as well.0

Thank you I have been doing some planks with my work out. I do the 30DS and I just recently started doing the wii active fit which has a core work out only on day 4 of the wii fit..0 -

Thank you I did go to you tube and found some exercise that I was able to do at the gym and this guy showed me some different machine that I would be able to use to work that area out..0
