I just recently joined & have been struggling with my weight ever since I was a kid.
I recently gained a scary 50 lbs out of NOWHERE! & I need to lose it, along with some other weight, too!
I've been on diets before, & usually get bored with the foods I allow myself to eat. But this time, it's not going to happen like that!
I went through my kitchen and donated everything that wasn't healthy, and threw the rest of it out! I started over fresh and healthy! Nothing processed, no junk!
I've been eating a salad with my dinner all week. I'm drinking a lot more water & I eat 5 fruits a day!
One thing I'm struggling with is eating enough calories. for my weight and height it says I should be eating almost 1800 calories a day. I can't do it. I'm just barely getting to 1,000 calories a day!
Any advice on what to eat that contains a good amount of calories, but is still good for you??

Hi great to have you. This site is great. Feel free to friend me if you like. You might want to try more protein. Tuna, salmon, greek yogurt, nuts, beans. Don't know much else to say. Hope you are able to have great success.0
