I am on day 4 of 30DS and tonight I decided to mortify myself and let my husband take "pre" photos of me - I don't know how to post them on here but I added them to my pictures on my page. figured if I actually see myself before and after maybe it will help.
How do I post a photo on a post?

You are a brave woman for posting your before pictures ( I know I don't have the balls to do so ), and I applaud you. Not just a golf clap either...full on 11-yr-old-at-a-Justin-Bieber-concert applause.
