Hello Everyone,

I thought it was time I share a part of my journey with you ! The best part ! I have lost 40lbs! I feel great and energized ! Through exercise, portion control and proper eating I have done this. Some days were hard, some days great, but it goes to show what a dream, hard work and by never giving up can get you ! Thanks to MFP, my friends and The SlimPossibles I have gotten this far. Thank you all for your support and constant encouragement. Watching you all do so well and all your hard work helped me do the same....and the journey is not over.... I still have 12lbs more to go to reach my healthy weight and hopefully this will help motivate others to do the same as all the success stories I read helped me :) Never give up ! You can do it !
