Saying Hi, Been Here A Month

Hi guys,
I decided after getting sick and still putting on 10 lbs in 4 weeks I needed a change. I'm one of those people who don't eat enough on a regular basis and then when I do eat good I eat way too much. I'm a stress eater as well. I've been here a month but have been dieting and exercising since mid Jan. I have lost 9 lbs since I joined and 14 since Jan. I've been doing kind of good as far as eating my cals' but I'm sure I could do way better. the success stories on this board have been a good inspiration.

Good Luck with the weight loss! Make sure you log in and account for all of the food you eat. Keep it under on the carbs, fat & calories and you should do great!0

Thanks I've had a prob keeping the fat and sugar low. Having to eat most of the stuff my family eats is one of the probs cuz my husband will not change his diet. I do try and eat healthy for breakfast and lunch, it helps that I buy fruit and salad fixings for myself with my own money0

Thanks cowsstealmython. I've actually been good as far as the stress eating since this last time I started dieting. I've actually tried this two other times. The first time I lost 15 lbs and then the stress/emotional eating came in and I just left the diet behind. The second time I just lost track. That's why i love this site it makes it much easier to keep track. I will add you just keep in mind I'm not a big talker online, I used to be.0
