It now week three. I am Now back to normal after all the crazy family life.
Sunday
In 1,330 cals Burned 689 I have now hit the three mile mark.  Over the weekend I ran 5.5 miles in a total of 55 min Thats good for me..
I have a Question: I eat my set Cals and then I hit the gym. Do I have to eat my Earned Cals? That would be about 600 extra and Im not hungry enough to eat all that food. :noway: Will I still lose weight if I don't eat all of them?:ohwell: I hope everyones weekend went good.
Week 3 Monday weight 185lbs
It took me a week to get rid of the pounds I let pile on. I have a good feeling if I keep it up ill be to my lowest weight since I started my plan. Thanks For your support!!!:glasses:
:drinker: Feeling Great with the Exercise:drinker:
Thanks Josh Oly

Okay, So I will be back to logging this week and I am looking forward to it since last week went so well!
Last week weight: 177lbs
This weeks weight: 173.5 lbs
Wooohooo!     :flowerforyou:
So I feel kind of silly, but I figure if there is a place to get excited about this it is here. I reached my first goal of 20 lbs this week!!! So i went out and got a new DO and a new dress. Hence the new photo. Now I am ready for the next 20!! Keep up the good work everyone!!!
Josh- In MHO you really do need to eat your earned calories. If you are not that hungry, try to add a little to your other meals before you exercise and then have a snack afterwards. Something that you really look forward to! I like to make yogurt/fruit smoothies after I work out. So refreshing!!:drinker: If you miss a few cals after exercising it is not going to be the end of the world, but the best way to lose that weight is to give your body what it needs and burn off what it doesn't:-) It needs those cals. I have also read around here that many people plateau when they are not eating enough, so you may have a hard time losing the rest of you goal weight if you are not eating enough. Good luck this week! I say if you need some extra cals, everything is better with a little CHEESE:happy:

I would love to join your group....my previous one fizzled out. I am trying to get in gear for a wedding coming up in Oct. But of course, am trying also to have a sustainable routine for health.
I have been trying ang trying to shed these last 5-7 lbs and it has been really hard for me. I am sticking with it though cause there is no other option! I am going to try to keep my calories at 1400-1500 on days I am working out a lot and see if that helps with weight loss. On days I exercise a lot I have been eating all my exercise calories but it may be too much for me (about 1700 at times).
last night walked up steep hills 1hr 30min
today- am gym 30min elipt. 15 weights
tomorrow - AM gym run or outside run and PM yoga class
Sat hike and ??
Sunday Gym cardio, weights and yoga.
**At least this is the tentative plan right now
Have a great Thursday0 -
We are glad to have you join! Are group has been fizzing out. Karen and I have been going good on this. I also got stuck on a mark.... I have been running every day pushing myself to run when I want to quit.... Its working We also weigh in every Monday.. I have been looking at the little things I eat. NO MORE POP (SODA) my doctor calls it (Liquid fat ) But I will sin with a beer or two or three....... Not till the weekends...:drinker: :drinker: I glad we have a new member

hey hey josh its not fizzing out! lol... im just away on vacay.... well i guess it did a bit, there is like 3 of us left! the beach is so great, but i have been way over on my cals...im not even logging them! I have been alright, but the sun and swimming makes me hungry! Even tho i am eating a bit more, we have been swimming in the pool and ocean, riding bikes, our beach house has three flights of stairs and the kitchen is on top soooo yea... my first 2 meals of the day aren't bad but dinner has been horrible, and special treats of course have been bad! I still have another week and half here! I am going to try to go to the gym tonight, i dunno!

Thursday was NOT GOOD..... We took a customer out after work to talk business.... 6 beers later and some snacks I was way over my cals.... 2,719 inbound Nothing burned OUCH:grumble: I really feel bad about not working out.... :noway: My boy has been taking off his diapers a night. Last night was no good. He was butt naked and pee all over the bed. Should I duck Tape his diaper to him or just work on his potty Train??????? I think he is giving me some clues:ohwell:

Okay, I know that it is totally frustrating to you:noway: ; but LOL:laugh:! My oldest girl went through a phase around 22 months when she liked to take her diaper off. I just had to go out and buy the biggest onsies that I could find so that she was always wearing something that snaps. Potty training isn't a bad idea but the night time dryness doesn't always come with the daytime training. That you just have to wait for their body to learn. Our oldest who is 3 1/2 and who has been potty trained since she was 2 has only been in big girl pants at night for the last 3 months. So good luck!!! Bummer about the cals:drinker: , but it is just one day. You'll be fine:ohwell: . I'll be back logging tomorrow, just wanted to check in:happy:
