Tailor's bunions

Hi All,

I have gnarly tailor's bunions on both of my tootsies and I really want to start considering surgery but I have no idea how long I would be out in recovery afterward. I lead a VERY active lifestyle and taking time off to recoop scares the crap out of me but the pain of these bunions is HELL so I guess I am just looking for advice/suggestions

    months and months ......... ive got a nice one on my right foot but i drive for a living so i cant have it hacked off anytime soon

    Im no help because I have the same issue and really wanna get surgery before I no longer have insurance from my current job which could be the end of August. I also do not want to take a break from my just now becoming active lifestyle. I will be interested in the responses that you get.
